LEKSI Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 3-day return and exchange policy (terms & conditions apply). If you’re not satisfied with your order, please DM us on Instagram @shopleksi within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the process and confirm if your order qualifies.
General Terms

The 3-day window means within 3 days of delivery.

You must reach out within 24 hours of delivery to avoid delays or issues.

The required form must also be filled within 3 days — otherwise, your request will not be accepted.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, with tags intact, and returned in original condition with safe packaging.

Face masks and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.

A tracking ID must be shared via Instagram within the 3-day window.

Items sent after the 3-day window will be returned to the customer, with delivery charges paid by the customer.

All requests take up to 10 working days to process after we receive the item.
- We cannot facilitate exchanges if your parcel is refused or not accepted / sent back.
- Items containing any sort of animal fur will strictly not be returned or exchanged for the safety of our other customers.
- If your item fails our inspection, it will be sent back to you as is and delivery charges will be borne by the customer
- Paid orders cannot be cancelled as their processing starts immediately.
- Paid orders that are not accepted upon delivery will not be refunded
Exchanges (Size or Item)

Once confirmed, repack and ship the item(s).

We’ll send your requested exchange (subject to availability).

Redelivery charges of Rs. 399 apply.

Discount codes are not valid on exchanges.

In-store exchanges can be done within 3 days of delivery or purchase.

Please note that submitting our exchange form does not guarantee the availability of your requested item. We do not reserve or hold items for exchanges. All exchange requests are processed based on current stock at the time of approval, and items may go out of stock before your request is fulfilled.
Returns

Once we receive your item(s), your return will be processed as a voucher equal to the item(s) value (shipping charges excluded).

Return vouchers are valid for 2 months.

Delivery charges cannot be adjusted in case of a price difference — instead, a voucher will be issued for the difference (valid for 2 months).

LEKSI will not bear any delivery charges you incur to send items back. The cost of returning items is the customer’s responsibility.
- We do not offer refunds.
Special Cases

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email or WhatsApp us with your order number and photos within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement.

Small variations of up to ±1 inch may occur since each item is handmade. Refunds will not be given for such differences.
